The Riviera is located in Santa Barabara, California on upper State St. where Hwy 101 crosses Hwy 154 (San Marcos Pass Rd.).

Take the State Street exit off of 101 south. Stay in the right, left-hand turn lane, we are the first driveway after the El Marcado Plaza (There's a whole bunch of palm trees and jungle foliage in our front yard).

Take a left off of the State Street / Hwy 154 exit from the 101 north. Go straight through the first intersection (Hwy 154). At the next intersection take a left u-turn (There's a whole bunch of palm trees and jungle foliage in our front yard).
